That’s why we offer a warranty that covers defects in materials and craftsmanship. This warranty applies to all DRYFT1 vehicles, parts, and accessories purchased through our authorized channels. 1. Record Your Serial Number
Record your unique Dryft Board serial number that is engraved on the underside of the Frame Base Plate. We recommend you take a photo of it and save that information somewhere safe. Your serial number identifies your unique product and order replacements. This number will also be needed to support warranty claims. Serial number ownership and warranty coverage cannot be transferred, excluding any subsequent title holder of the board, upon satisfactory proof of succession or assignments

Coverage Details 

  • Start: The warranty begins on the day your PRODUCT is shipped.
  • Duration: Your PRODUCT is protected against defects in materials and workmanship for 12 months or 1,000 miles, whichever occurs first. Be sure to track your mileage using the Dryft1 mobile app for verification. The 12 month warranty on the battery warrants charge capacity of 60% or greater.
  • Out-of-Warranty Repairs: No worries if you're out of warranty; repairs are available at certified Dryft-Approved Service Centers. Find the nearest locations.
  • Disposal: Ensure proper disposal methods to comply with local waste or recycling regulations. Contact local authorities or dealers for guidance. 

What’s Not Covered 

Our warranty excludes coverage for:

  • Usage of the product beyond 1,000 miles.
  • Modifications made with unapproved replacement or upgraded parts.
  • Repairs conducted by unauthorized service providers.
  • Alterations to barcodes, serial numbers, or other identifying information.
  • Damage resulting from natural wear and tear, acts of God, or third-party actions.
  • Off-road use, jumps, or crashes. “Off-road” is defined as rugged terrains like cobblestone streets, gravel roads, unpaved surfaces, or any path with water deeper than ½ inch.
  • Storing the product outdoors or any form of neglect.
  • Damage from water exposure exceeding the IPXX water rating.
  • Overloading the product beyond its weight capacity of 220 lbs or the limit specified in the user manual.

Additional Information 

During the warranty period, any service or part replacements performed at an authorized service center will extend the warranty for 90 days for that specific service, part, or replacement, or for the remaining warranty term, whichever is longer. Please note that unauthorized modifications will void this warranty. The warranty is strictly limited to repair or replacement of the product at our discretion and does not cover incidental damages unless required by state law.
